He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Belle Hamby Bailey and Nile Lovelace Bailey of Westmoreland, California.; his wife Sallie Hogue Bailey; his son Glen Bailey; his siblings, Euell Bailey, Keith Bailey and Mona Bailey Blackwell; and his granddaughter Rebekah Olson Leverton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Bailey Shanks and Nila Bailey Allen; his children, Nancy Bailey Olson, Sue Bailey Bedingfield (Gene), Trissa Bailey Green (Steve) and Craig Bailey (Misty); and his grandchildren, Jon Olson (Dori), Marc Olson (Wendy), Jeremy Harper, Chris Olson (Carre), Luke Green (Jamie), Sarah Harper Becker (Lance), Amanda Harper Rypple (Eric), Monica Olson Smith, Mindy Cauble (Trey), Nicholas Bailey and Stormy Bailey. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home (3101 College Ave, Snyder, TX 79549). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Gardens (2834 TX-208, Snyder, TX 79549).
