He is survived by: his wife Jackie of Snyder, TX.; his children, Hanna Hayes Hart (Thomas) of Anderson, TX. and Hayden Bennett Hayes (Erica) of Snyder, TX.; his grandchildren, Henry Arlin Hayes, Hunter Robert Wilson Hart, Harper Grace Hayes and Harrison Wayne Hart; his mother-in-law Loretta S. Phillips of Anderson, TX.; and his siblings-in-law, Polly Hayes Hedrick of Midland, TX., Carl C. Phillips, Jr. (Rusty) of The Colony, TX. and Bret Sapp (Brenda) of Red Oak, TX.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
