She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Vance and Mary Vance (Parson); her spouse Claude Earl Lane; and her siblings, Janice Thompson, Joann Vance, Margaret Preacher, Ima Gay Wright and Arkie Vance.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donita Kay Rutherford of Warrenton, GA and Joyce Marie Lane of Snyder, TX. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; numerous Nieces and Nephews.
