She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Brown and Ruth Brown. She is survived by: her husband Dalton Higgins; her daughters, Becky Koch (Joe) of Umbarger Texas and Kathy Legge (Curtis Landon) of Snyder Texas; and her sister Carolyn Withers of Snyder Texas. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home (3101 College Ave, Snyder, TX 79549). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Gardens (2834 TX-208, Snyder, TX 79549).
