She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell; her parents, Helen Morgan and Clyda Mize; her sister-in-law Elsie Shaw (Curtis); her nieces, Lana Culpepper and Debbie Shaw; and her nephew Todd Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Kristi Hanley of Snyder and Russell "Rusty" Mize of Snyder; her sister Janie McVean (James) of Bulverde; her sister-in-law Pearlene Nolan (Dale) of Snyder; her granddaughters, Anna and Alexa Hanley of Snyder; her friend Jeff Stewart of Snyder; and her caregiver Esther Vasquez.
