He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Melvin and Edna Mae Whitefield (Smithson). He is survived by: his wife Paula Whitefield of Snyder, TX; his sons, David Pinkstaff (Brenda) of Austin, TX, Andy Whitefield (Alissa) of Snyder and Lane Whitefield (Elizabeth) of Snyder, TX; his grandchildren, Anastasia, Cody, Tanner, Logan, Lauren and Madison; and his siblings, Barrett Whitefield of Odessa, TX, Tom Whitefield of Odessa, TX, Rhonda Herrington (Joe) of Santa Clarita, CA and La Nell Whitefield Ahenbern of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren, numerous Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Extended Family.
