He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rubio of Snyder; his daughters, Maritza and Sophia Montealvo of Snyder; his parents, Miguel Montealvo and Araceli Montealvo of Roscoe; his sisters, Shelly and Melissa Montealvo of Roscoe; his grandparents, Ramon, Bernabe Gonzalez of Mexico and Maria Lucas of Mexico; and his parents-in-law, Bonifacio and Maria Rubio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
