He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Rains of Snyder, TX; his son Brent Rains of Trinidad, TX; his stepson Ricky Klepper of Snyder, TX; his brother Bill Rains of Stillwater, OK; his daughter-in-law Ramona Klepper of Snyder, TX; and his grandchildren, Karen Rains of Big Spring, TX, Breela Barnett of Kermit, TX, Nikky DeFranco of Kermit, TX and Dusty Barnett of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel (3101 College Ave, Snyder, TX 79549). A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Memorial Gardens (2834 TX-208, Snyder, TX 79549).
