It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Alvin Gruben of Snyder, Texas, born in Sweetwater, Texas, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Ann Gruben. He is survived by: his wife Liesel Gruben of Snyder; his sister Evette Peterson of Snyder, TX; his father Wilber Gruben (Meg) of Rotan, TX; his sons, Clancey of Snyder, TX, Jacob Lehrer of Brownwood, TX, Joshua Lehrer of Midland, TX and Tatum Parker (Tyler); his siblings, Peyton, Dallas of Lubbock, TX and Tess Burklow (Kyle); his brother-in-law Dale Daniel (Carole) of Jacksonville, FL; his mother-in-law Erma Daniel of Rotan, TX; his nieces and nephews, Madison Peterson, Gage Peterson, Olivia Daniel and Garrett Daniel; and also Madilynn of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by many other aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The Scurry County Junior Livestock Association's "Greg Gruben Memorial Scholarship Fund.".
