She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Matthies and Polly Matthies; and her brother Norman Matthies. She is survived by: her husband Tom Martin of Lamesa, TX; her children, Deiann Davis, Toby Dennis, Stacie Hopson and Shandi Martin; her siblings, Keith Matthies and Susan Griffith; her grandchildren, Kasey Prichard, Kaylei Tindol, Kyle Davis, Kolton Davis, Trevor Burgess, Casen Burgess, Timothye Martin, Breianna Barrington and Braylei Pylant; and her great grandchildren, Mckenna Tindol and Mason Tindol.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1712 27th St, Snyder, TX 79549).
