He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Rice (Cumba) of Snyder, TX; his daughter Emily Rice of Midland, TX; his sister Melinda Rice of Stamford, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Rice of Cedar Park, TX, Mary Babcock (Don) of Morrison, CO and Robert Cumba. He is also survived by 3 Nieces, and Three Nephews.
