He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sue Hembree of Snyder, TX; his sons, Scott Hembree (Alex) of Snyder, TX and Josh Hembree (Holly) of Snyder, TX; his granddaughter Haley Breaker (Anthony) of Corpus Christi, TX; and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Axle and Akeem Breaker of Courpus Christi, TX. He is also survived by 3 Brothers.
