She was predeceased by: her parents, C. M. Manning and Audra Manning; and her husband Strick Posey. She is survived by: her siblings, A. V. Manning, Marvin Manning, Melvin Manning, Emma May Light, Mattlyn Merrick, Birdie Hornsberger of Sweetwater and C. M. Manning of Midland. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
