He is survived by: his mother Graciela Castillo (Maldanado) of San Juan, TX; his wife Rosa Castillo of Snyder, TX; his children, Tino Castillo (Vicky) of Snyder, TX, Irene Castillo (Juan Ybarra), Melissa Reyes of Snyder, TX, Jessica Castillo (Noel Gomez) and Christi Garcia (Jesus) of Snyder, TX; and his siblings, Joe Castillo (Chris) of San Juan, TX, Ricky Cristan (Lisa) of Edinburg, TX, Hilda Castillo of Iowa, Nelia Baca (Ben) of McAllen, TX, Emma Cantu of San Juan, TX and Mary Baca (Art) of McAllen, TX.. He is also survived by 23 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
