He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raymond Vajdak Sr. and Maryann Jakubik Vajdak. He is survived by: his children, Dakota Vajdak (Jane) and Khloe Vajdak; his pet Grace; and his siblings, Billy, Kenneth Vajdak and Pat Collins. He is also survived by spouses and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Snook 4H, an organization Rick gladly supported.
