She was predeceased by: her parents, Lino Esparza and Ramona Esparza (Gonzales); her husband Senovio Salazar; her sons, Lupe and Tino Salazar; her granddaughter Erica Martinez; and her great grandchild Rena Kubichek.
She is survived by: her children, David Salazar (Krista), Faustina (Valentine Vega), Adrianna Salazar, Marie Olivarez, Gloria (Terry Harvey) and JoAnn (Michael Canales); her daughter-in-law Pauline Salazar; and her sisters, Lupe Olivas, Janie Reyes, Sheila Herrera, Natividad Guillen and Celia Martinez. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and, one great-great grandchild; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
