He is survived by: his wife Stacy Magness of Snook; his stepmother Doris Magness of Kilgore; his children, Dylan Magness (Jamie) of Hearne, TX, Christal Magness of College Station, TX, Ajay Magness of Snook and Racheal Magness of Snook; his grandchildren, Paisleigh Magness, Presleigh Magness and Axel Magness; and his siblings, Eddy Proctor (Amy) of Harleton, TX, James Magness of Hallsville, TX, Ricky George (Christy) of Overton, TX, David George (Virginia) of Hallsville, TX, Tiffany Murphy (Russ) of Kilgore and William Delaney of Overton. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
