He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Marcum and Aliene Marcum; his children, Robert Lee Marcum III (Laura) and Charity Denise Marcum; his granddaughter Amanda P. Nguyen (Frank John Andrew); his great grandchildren, Jason, Ben, Chloe, Zak, Aiden and Amitiel; and his wife Portia Elaine.
