He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack A. and Nora Haley; his brother John Haley; and his sister-in-law Sandra Haley. He is survived by: his wife Jane Haley; his daughters, Ericka Harkins (John Harkins) and Molly Humphrey (Charley Humphrey); his grandchildren, Ella Rose Humphrey, Marty Humphrey and Haley Grace Harkins; his uncle Don Haley; his nephews, John Haley (Darin), James Haley and Brian Jernigan (Yoanna); his niece Melanie Fleming (Jason); and his friends, Carol Newman, Joan Redding, Fred Stovall, Linda Moore, Cheryl Wettlaufer and Sidney Beenken.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to CASA of Bastrop or Sunshine Respite at the First United Methodist Church, Bastrop, TX.
