She is survived by: her children, Vastem Tolbert Jr. Larry Charles and Eleanor Tolbert; and her siblings, Bennie B. Felix, Prince Lee Felix, Bobby Ray Felix and Eugene Felix. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
