Cecil Wayne Norris Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Wayne Norris (Smithville, Texas), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Fred Norris and Hope Norris; his daughter Rebecca; and his grandson Jackson. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne; his sons, Anthony (Rebecca) and Sean; and his granddaughter Reagan.
