He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Sr., Genevieve Suiter, Hazel Palmer and Marion Palmer; his parents, Duane Eugene and Lois Marlene Palmer (Suiter); and also, Phyllis Booth, Dorothy "Corky" Holm (Dan Holm) and Uncle William Clark Suiter Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Susan Lee Dear; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Lynn Dear, Amber Lee Dear, Cheyenne, Justin, Hazel-Rose, Bryan, Anthony, Mark and Cody.
