He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Breeden and Beulah Breeden (Minor); his sister Dorothy Inez Breeden Davis; and his granddaughter Ashley Breeden. He is survived by: his great grandchild Riley; his wife Waldine Mary Breeden; his children, Charles (Dinah Breeden), Dorothy Breeden and Brian Breeden; his grandchildren, James (Amanda Breeden) and Valerie Breeden; his great grandchild Kennedy Breeden; and his nephew Robert Davis.
