It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Burrus (Smithville, Texas), born in Pearland, Texas, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Gay and Floye Margueritte Howard; her sisters, Marilyn and Carolyn; and her brother-in-law Clarence.
She is survived by: her brother Milton (Claudia). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
