It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Adams of Smiley, Texas, born in Brenham, Texas, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Paul Adams, Sr.; her parents, Walter Korth and Cora Korth; her brother Howard Korth; her daughter Janet Swonke (Lloyd Alexander); her son-in-law Ralph Swonke; her sons, Timothy Adams, David Adams and Hubert Paul Adams Jr.; her granddaughters, Jo Lynn Queener and Shannon Beal; and her great grandchild Colby Kelton.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Howard Ray; her children, Dennis Charles Adams, Sr., JoAnn Adams Helms and Renee (Oscar Rios); her siblings, Cora Lee Naumann and Walter Korth, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Rudolf, Joyce Braune, Lloyd Adams (Sharon) and James Adams (Peggy). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
