She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Perrie and Lonnie May Rutherford Fondon; her son Oscar "Fred" Greer Jr.; and her siblings, Claude Fondon, Jr., Pat Davis and Billie Jo Gillett.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Polachek; her sons, Kenny Wayne Henderson and Tommy Emery Henderson (Regina Sellers); her grandchildren, Faith Greer, Trey Greer, Summer Henderson, Freddie Henderson, Christopher Greer and William Vasquez-Greer; and her great grandchild Khloe Dinh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
