He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edgar and Elvie Ann Bland (Howard); his wife Bessie Jean Armor; and his daughter Tammy Walker. He is survived by: his sons, Benny (Susan) of Greenwood, Wesley (Paula) of Slidell, Burt (Glenda) of Argyle and Chris Vestal of Slidell; his son-in-law Archie Walker of Slidell; and his siblings, Calvin Bland of Krum and Cathy Gibbs of Krum. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
