He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agel Watkins and Lillian Oleta Watkins (Orcutt); and his sisters, Carolyn Truesdale (William) of Chico, Thelma Urlage (Jon) of Decatur and Gail Griffin (Bert) of Sulphur, Oklahoma.
