It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Smith (Slidell, Texas), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elenor June Wyman Smith; and his siblings, Linton E. Smith and Myrna Smith Eyre. He is survived by: his daughters, Alice Haddon (Bill) of Denton, Laurie Marshall (Vernon) of Weatherford and Brenda Fox (John) of Palmer, Alaska; his grandchildren, Crystal, Tommy, Katie and John David; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Cooper, Kreece, Joshua, Gabriel, Gideon and Rhett; and also Laura. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
