He was predeceased by: his father Trinidad Diaz; and his brothers, Ray Diaz Sr. and Joe Diaz. He is survived by: his mother Christina Diaz; his daughter Kathy Flores; and his siblings, Johnny Diaz, Robert Diaz, Reynaldo Diaz Jr., Frances Ruiz, Louisa Gonzales and Irene Gutierrez.
