She is survived by: her husband Roberto Diaz of Skidmore, Texas; her sons, Demetrio Castillo Jr. of San Antonio and Israel Castillo of Fort Worth, Texas; and her brothers, Reyes Vasquez of Laredo, Texas and Refugio Vasquez Jr. of Laredo, Texas. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
