He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Baker (Allie) of Trophy Club, Henry Herzog (Stephanie) of Skidmore and Dual Herzog (Alisha) of Skidmore; and his siblings, George Herzog (Marsha) of Aransas Pass, Katherine Tollette of Beeville and Patty Bieler (Neil) of Glen Rose. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
