He was predeceased by: his father Carl Willis Meyer; and his sister Carla Dittberner. He is survived by: his mother Carol Jo Byars Meyer; his wife Cheryl Addis; his sons, Jerremy Meyer (Dana) of Borger, Nathan Meyer (Krystle) of Lubbock and Dale Meyer (Stephanie) of Phoenix, AZ; his brothers, Greg Meyer (Constance) of Stephenville, TX and John Meyer (Susan) of Forney, TX; his brothers-in-law, Terry Dittberner and Gary Addis; and his grandchildren, Latisha Cobb, Melissa Gardner, Kendal Cobb, Jaidyn Ford, Lilah Ford, Levi Meyer and Angelina Meyer. He is also survived by four Great-Grandchildren.
