He was predeceased by: his father Burl Hickerson. He is survived by: his mother Louise Hickerson of Skellytown; his father-in-law Tim Lesher; his sister-in-law Deana Lesher; his wife Katrina Lesher of Pampa; his sons, Mike Hickerson (Catherine) of Panhandle and Tim Hickerson (Jordan Dreadin) of Skellytown; his stepsons, Tim Davis (Kashian) of Pampa and Brad Davis (Destiny) of Pampa; his brothers, Burl Lynn Hickerson, Jr. (Troy Collins) of Long Beach, CA and Ed Hickerson (Dolly) of Pampa; his sister-in-law Tammy Mendoza (Mike) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Emily Hickerson, Serena Hickerson, Caleb Hickerson and Phoenix Hickerson; and his mother-in-law Vickie Lesher of Pampa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.

During this time, it was not uncommon for him to donate his services to many in need – especially the elderly.
