He is survived by: his mother Carol Lawrence of Kerrville, TX.; his wife Jean Kinsey of Midland, TX.; his sons, John Jay Lawrence Jr. (Gianna) of Smithville, TX and Robert Stuart Taylor Lawrence of Knab, UT; his granddaughters, Collins and Hallie Lawrence; his siblings, David Lawrence Jr. (Elisabeth) of Dripping Springs, TX and Linda Hott (Russell) of Hunt, TX; and his brother-in-law Robert Kinsey of Palm Desert, CA..
