She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Williams and Virginia Williams (McRae). She is survived by: her husband Terry Topham; her sons, Glenn Neal (Hsiao-Ping) of Poway and Lee Burgess of Beeville, Texas; her sister Kelly Stickney (Shaun) of Columbia, Tennessee; her grandsons, Tyler Neal of Poway, Elum Burgess (Cristina Elida) of Tyler and Brandon Burgess (Tracy) of Rolla, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Kira Burgess and Elida Burgess of Tyler; her uncle Louis Pizzo of New Braunfels, Texas; and her cousins, Sheri Pizzo of Waco, Joe Lynn Pizzo of Bend, Barry Pizzo of New Braunfels, Jeanie Dennis of Blue Ash, Perry Ellis of Galveston, Corky Pittsender of Ft. Walton Beach, Lisa Parnel of Dallas and Paula Boldoc of Plack, Florida..
