He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Locklear (Huntley) and Adron Thomas Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Locklear of Sinton, Texas; his children, Thomas Locklear of Clarksville, Tennessee and Angie Helm (Richard) of Nevada, Texas; and his stepchildren, Cory Miller (Carmen) of Aransas Pass, Texas, Jason Miller (Brandi Clint) of Papalote, Texas, Colleen Fearon (Joaquin) of Landis, Nicole Miller of Katy, Texas, Katie Martin of Papalote and Stefanie Towers (Austin) of New Braunfels, Texas. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
