He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman L. Encinia, Sr. and Julia Alvarado Encinia; and his children, Joaquin Roman Encinia and Sarah Encinia. He is survived by: his wife Isabel G. Encinia; his children, Jacob Encinia (Laura) and Dr. Elizabeth Ann Encinia; his grandchildren, Jakob Isaac Encinia, Andrew Josiah Encinia and Laurisa Faith Encinia; and his siblings, Adelita Encinia, Sylvia Encinia Conner, Eddie Hernandez, Ventura Encinia and Rachel Encinia-Tyler. He is also survived by in laws; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
