Gutierrez, Nicolas A. Gutierrez, Marissa M. Gonzales, Marisol M. Gonzales, Mercedes M. Gonzales, Marisabel M. Gonzales, Kayla M. Hernandez, Christian K. Nerios, Kaileh N. Rios, Matthew X. Castro, Noah J. Castro and Alexandria J. Ruhd; his great grandchildren, Kora L. Silvas and Kenha Maeve Gonzales; and his siblings, Ruben B. Nerios (Amalia) of Mathis, Texas and Ninfa Lara (Antonio) of Mathis, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel (606 S San Patricio St, Sinton, TX 78387). A rosary was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Peter Prince of the Apostles Church (3901 Violet Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Coastal Bend Veterans State Cemetery (9974 I-37 Frontage Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78409).
