He is survived by: his parents, Graciela Flores of Sinton and Richard Orta, Sr. of Brady, Texas; his daughter Annabell Rose Orta of Portland, Texas; and his siblings, Adrian Orta of Sinton, Rodney Orta (Mariana) of Corpus Christi, Christian Orta and Clarissa Orta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
