He was predeceased by: his father Glenn A. Sliva; his brother Grady Sliva; and his nephew Jake Sliva. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Gossett Sliva Owens; his friend Randy; his son Gage Sliva; his siblings, Connie Wilson (Dana) and Terry Sliva (Carol); his sister-in-law Kay Sliva; his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Williamson (Travis), Mac Wilson (Stacey), K'Layn Brown (Patrick) and Kobi Smith (Ruston); and also Denise Cluiss.
