He is survived by: his father Candelario Cerda, Sr. of Monte Alto, Texas; his son Salvador Cerda; his sister Josefina Cerda; his significant other Dora Cerda of Sinton, Texas; his children, Emmanuel Cerda (Olivia) of Boerne, Texas and Dorina Villarreal (Vicente) of Calallen, Texas; his grandchildren, Ariana Cerda, Liam Cerda, Cristian Villarreal and Andres Villarreal; and his siblings, Efren Torres of Reynosa, Tamps, Mexico, Candelario Cerda, Jr. (Alma) of Monte Alto, Texas, Maria and Eulogia Flores (Jorge) of Sinton, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
