He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Gingrich and Dickie Gingrich; and his grandparents, Sonny Gingrich, Mildred Gingrich, Clarence Burch and Pauline Burch.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard O. Gingrich Jr. (Rosie) of Sinton Texas and Stephanie Gingrich of Dallas Texas; and his nieces, Shelby Gingrich of Sinton Texas and Olivia Gingrich of Sinton Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a family of friends.
