He is survived by: his siblings, Juan Montemayor, Fauisto Montemayor, Jorge Montemayor, Ramiro Montemayor, Estevan Montemayor and Crecencia Montemayor; his wife Esperanza; his children, Sylvia Montemayor, Amelia Rogers, Hilda Turek and Miguel Montemayor; and his siblings, San Juana Montemayor, Josephine Davila, Sarah Tobar, Leopoldo Montemayor, Lupe Montemayor and Ignacio Montemayor. He is also survived by Four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
