She is survived by: her parents, Kirby Sharp and Rosamond Gerdes; her stepfather Benny Gerdes; her brother Kirby Sharp, Jr.; her children, Louis Kirby "Hoppy" Cockerham and Rosamond Chesnut (Jack); and her grandchildren, Lee Chesnut (Kim), Will Chesnut (Marianne), Lea Whitehead Ipock (Bill), Colton Haas (Allison) and Kerri Haas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the South Texas Children's Home, in memory of Mae Frances Bryan.
