He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Hourie and Anna Hourie (Ritchie); his sister Lorraine; his wife Frances Lenora Saye-Hourie of Sinton, Texas; his daughters, June Clement (John) of North Carolina and Marie Chaffin (Billly) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his stepchildren, John Earl Saye (Rosa), James Saye (Clara) of Sinton, Texas, Tommy Saye (Leonna) of Santa Fe, Texas, Janice Lustica and Gladys Pattterson; his grandchildren, Kayla Reeves, Kara Chaffin, Joshua Chaffin, Joseph Chaffin, Tiffany McBride, Amanda Jordan, James Loveday, Shannon Curry and Michael Curry; and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Schavio, Jessica Laxon, Julia Saye, Jordyn Saye and Gail Saye. He was also cherished by 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
