He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan G. Garcia and Belen V. Garcia; his wife Paula N. Garcia; and his brother Richard V. Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Randall Garcia (Belinda) of Corpus Christi, Paula Garcia-Thomson (Brian) of Centerville, Georgia and Juan Carlos Garcia (Margie) of Sinton; and his siblings, Carmen Budd (Raul) of Corpus Christi, Belen Galvan (Juan) of Corpus Christi, Rey Garcia (Alicia) of Corpus Christi, Lupe Garcia (Gertrude) of Corpus Christi, Eddie Garcia (Ruth) of Corpus Christi, Alicia Galvan of Corpus Christi, Susie Ruiz (Trino) of Corpus Christi, Gilbert Garcia (Esmeralda) of Corpus Christi and Benny Garcia (Esther) of Sinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family.
Memorial Mass, Military Honors and a Celebration of Life will take place after Covid 19 Virus restrictions are lifted.
