He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Garza and Ursula Garza; and his daughters, Debbie Agueros, Jo Ann Zambrano and Gina Garza-Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Garza (Sylvia) of Odem and Edward Garza of Sinton, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
