He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ascencion Carranza and Juanita Carranza (Garcia); his wife Carmelita Carranza; his brother Raul Carranza; his children, Juan Carranza (Laura Garcia) of Sinton, Texas, Emilio Carranza, Jr. of Sinton, Texas, Reye Carranza of Sinton, Texas, Ruben Carranza (Monica) of Sinton, Texas, Julian Carranza (Victoria) of Sinton, Texas, Irma Carranza (David Mata) of Sinton, Laura Carranza of Sinton, Christina Carranza of Sinton and Alma Carranza (Jaime Garcia) of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his siblings, Frutoso Carranza (Erlinda) of Sinton, Texas, Yolanda Aguilar of Sinton, Jesusa Trujillo (Juan) of Sinton and Ninfa Gonzales (Jose) of Texas City, Texas.. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
