He is survived by: his wife Kristen Belasquez; his children, Chris Anthony and Kaylee Kay Belasquez; his parents, Chris Belasquez of St. Paul and Christina Hedtke; his stepfather Duncan W. Hedtke; his siblings, Estevan Belasquez, Brydget Belasquez, Celeste Benavides and Deisere Duenes (Raymond Eccles); his nieces and nephews, Jesse Hernandez, Robbie Perez, Andreas Acosta, David Dominguez Jr., Robert Anthony Duenes, Nyah Deleon, Haylee Aceves and Brooklynn Serbantez; and his parents-in-law, Roy, Margaret Ybarra and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family.
